Return and Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, with proof of purchase and original tags still attached. Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, cigarette smoke, animal hair, etc and must be unworn and unwashed. Vintage Clover Co has the right to decline the return/exchange upon inspection. We thoroughly inspect all items for damage before packaging and shipping to insure each item is undamaged. If any item arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We have insurance on every package for this purpose. Keep all packing materials including the box, bubble, paper or mailer to file a claim with the mail carrier. Please note that variations in product’s color, size, and distressing is not considered damaged.

To return a product, please use the address below and include your reason for returning, (we do not cover return shipping). Your return must fit criteria listed above and is subject to approval by management.

For merchandise returned within 7 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns. Hair accessories, earrings, and hats are FINAL SALE.
