Return and Refund Policy

Refunds/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item with proof of purchase and tags still attached. Items must be free from perfume, cigarette smoke, deodorant, animal hair, etc and must be unworn and unwashed. Hair accessories, earrings, and hats are FINAL SALE.  Vintage Clover Co has the right to decline the return/exchange upon inspection. We thoroughly inspect all items for damage before packaging and shipping to insure each item is undamaged. If any items arrive damaged or get lost in the mail you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). We have insurance on every package for this purpose. Keep all packing materials including the box, bubble, paper or mailer to file a claim with the mail carrier. Please note that variations in products color, size, and distressing is not considered damaged.

To return a product  Please use the address below and include your reason for returning, (we do not cover return shipping). Your return must fit criteria listed above and is subject to approval by management.

For merchandise returned within 7 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns.
